Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the bos88 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

All wagers are subject to acceptance by bos88. A wager is confirmed only when the Platform has displayed an explicit confirmation and a unique transaction reference has been issued. bos88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
In the event of a technical malfunction, incorrectly displayed odds, or a pricing error, bos88 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return the staked amount to the Member's Wallet. This applies equally to sportsbook events, casino game sessions, crash game rounds, and togel draw outcomes.
Where odds or game parameters have been set at a level that is clearly erroneous — commonly referred to as a "palpable error" or "manifest error" — bos88 reserves the right to cancel all wagers placed at those prices, regardless of whether the wagers have already been settled. Members who knowingly exploit palpable errors may have their Accounts reviewed and may be subject to the provisions of Section 9 (Prohibited Conduct).
Sportsbook results are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant sporting body at the end of regulation time (90 minutes for football, unless the relevant market specifies otherwise). Mix parlay (combination accumulator) bets require all selections to win; a single void selection reduces the accumulator leg count rather than voiding the entire bet, unless the promotion or market terms state otherwise. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled according to the handicap line displayed at the time the wager was placed.
Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event, including during stoppages of play. Wagers placed after the relevant outcome has been determined but before the market has been suspended — due to a delay in data feeds or Platform processing — may be voided at bos88's discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bos88's total liability to any Member in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bos88 shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Members participate in all gaming activities entirely at their own risk. bos88 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Member's failure to read and understand applicable game rules, betting terms, or Bonus conditions. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that they are using the Platform in compliance with any laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
bos88 reserves the right to suspend a Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the integrity of the Platform. During a suspension, the Member will be unable to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place wagers. bos88 will investigate the matter and notify the Member of the outcome within a reasonable time.
Following investigation, bos88 may permanently terminate an Account where a material breach of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed. In the event of termination for cause, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, Bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Any legitimate real-money balance (i.e., deposited funds not derived from Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity) will be returned to the Member's verified bank account or e-wallet within a reasonable period.
A Member may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting bos88 support. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance will be transferred to the Member's verified withdrawal account within five business days. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bos88 holds its primary international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through bos88's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

When material changes are made, bos88 will notify Members by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on the Account.
